Todd Hvizdak

We came to Brunswick Church in March 2001 because of my job relocation with Youth for Christ. I started working at Crossroad Café (a Christian youth gathering ministry) and we wanted to attend a church in the area. Soon after, I started volunteering with the youth ministry here. In October 2003, I was hired as the Director of Youth Ministries.

I was born and raised in the small town of Greenville, south of the Capital District. I met my wife Erin at Roberts Wesleyan College, where we both were studying to become teachers. Now we have two energetic boys, Tyler and Tobias. If I am not at church, you can find me coaching soccer and basketball at Loundonville Christian School or enjoying the great outdoors playing sports or just landscaping my backyard. It has been awesome to see what God is doing in the youth here. Surrender Worship (first Sunday of the month) has been an answer to prayer seeing the youth use their gifts leading each other in worship.
